Every manuscript submitted to L-MSTI journals undergoes rigorous double-blind peer evaluation to maintain academic quality and integrity.

Online Submission Workflow

Follow these four steps to submit your paper to any of the 15 journals managed by L-MSTI:

   Account Registration & Log In

   Create a user account on the target journal's OJS page and register as an "Author". Ensure your active email, affiliation, and ORCID iD are correctly configured.

2. 2
   Manuscript Preparation

   Format your paper strictly according to the official journal template, ensuring full anonymization for double-blind review and inclusion of all 4 Mandatory Declarations.

3. 3
   Deposit File & Metadata Input

   Upload your Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) primary manuscript, along with supplementary files, cover letter, and complete metadata (title, bilingual abstracts, keywords, reference list).

4. 4
   Track Review Progress

   Monitor real-time status updates (Desk Screening, Under Review, Revisions Required, Production) directly within your author dashboard on OJS.

Core Manuscript Requirements

• 1. Originality & Exclusivity: Manuscripts must represent original work that has not been previously published and is not under simultaneous consideration by another publication.
• 2. Language Policy: Manuscripts are accepted in English or Indonesian. All papers must feature comprehensive bilingual (English and Indonesian) abstracts and keywords.
• 3. File Format & Typography: Submissions must be uploaded in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx), utilizing standard 12pt Times New Roman, 1.15 line spacing, and single-column layout.
• 4. Article Word Count: Typical research papers should range between 3,000 and 8,000 words, including abstract, figures, tables, and reference lists.
• 5. Template Adherence: Authors must download and apply the official, domain-specific journal template prior to deposit.
• 6. Referencing & Citation Style: References must follow APA 7th Edition or IEEE style consistently, with active DOI hyperlinks included for all citable literature.

Pre-Submission Checklist

Ensure every item below is verified prior to clicking "Submit Manuscript" in OJS:

• Manuscript complies fully with the journal's template, layout, and line spacing settings.
• Author identities, institutional affiliations, and email addresses are removed from the main manuscript file to guarantee double-blind peer review.
• Plagiarism pre-check has been conducted, confirming an overall similarity index below 20%.
• All figures, diagrams, and tables are referenced in sequential order within the text and submitted in high resolution.
• All 4 Mandatory Declarations (AI Usage, CRediT taxonomy, Funding, and Competing Interests) are explicitly stated prior to References.
• References are accurately formatted, verified against original publications, and include valid Crossref DOIs.
• Ethical committee clearance details are cited for studies involving human subjects, clinical trials, or animal research.
• Corresponding author details and co-author ORCID iDs are configured during OJS Step 3 metadata entry.

Publication Fees & APC Policy

Our journals operate on a Gold Open Access model supported by Article Processing Charges (APC). No fee is charged upon initial submission or peer review. APC applies solely after formal article acceptance to cover copyediting, DOI deposit, XML indexing, and server maintenance. Fee details are managed according to individual journal editorial policies, with waiver options available for unfunded research and authors from low-income institutions.
