This community service program aims to empower Kahayya Tourism Village through the implementation of a digital signage system to enhance digital marketing and customer experience. The partners involved are the Kahayya Hills Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) and the Kahayya Village Government in Bulukumba, South Sulawesi, targeting two pilot shops: Lego-lego Sarrea and Cafe Sawah. The methodology includes five stages: socialization, literacy training, content creation based on local storytelling, installation of integrated digital signage linked to Google Business Profile and social media, mentoring, and sustainability through practical modules and digital learning groups. Results show both shops successfully operated digital signage displaying menus, promotional content, and SOPs connected online. Managers improved their ability to produce promotional content and manage digital platforms, with training scores rising from 58 to 78. The program strengthened business identity and enhanced tourist experiences through modern, interactive services.
