One article evaluates the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Nigerian insurance business, exploring the insurability of pandemic risks and providing insights into managing such unprecedented challenges. Another study examines the influence of individual career factors and career development programs on the organizational commitment of lecturers at Politeknik Kutaraja in Banda Aceh City, with job satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. Additionally, research investigates the effect of emotional intelligence and commitment on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II Aceh Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport, highlighting the role of personal and psychological factors in workplace outcomes. The issue also includes a study on the influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment, with empowerment as a mediating factor, conducted in the context of Bank Indonesia Aceh Province. Lastly, an article analyzes the effect of cash turnover and customer growth on profitability at PT Bank BRI Branch Unit Sawang Lhokseumawe, underscoring key financial metrics in banking operations. These studies collectively reflect the multifaceted nature of economic and organizational challenges and solutions in both local and international contexts.
