This study This paper aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Work Supervision on Employee Performance at CV Palm Lipu Persada. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 55 respondents. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this paper are Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient value of 54.6% and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value of 7.987> t table 2.005. Work Supervision has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient value of 68.5% and in the hypothesis test obtained T count 10.442> T table 2.005. Work Discipline and Work Supervision simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a regression equation Y = 4.507 + 0.197X1 + 0.811X2. The coefficient of determination (coefficient) of 67.9% is related to Employee Performance (Y), with the remaining 32.1% being influenced by other factors not examined in this paper. The hypothesis test yielded a calculated f-value of 55.092 > f-table of 3.180.
