Published on April 10, 2023, the first issue of the Indonesian Journal Economic Review (IJER) Volume 3, Number 1, features a collection of studies focusing on marketing strategies, consumer behavior, employee satisfaction, and financial preferences in the Indonesian context, particularly in Banda Aceh City. One article investigates the influence of the Channel Member Management Program on the sales ability of Indosat frontliners in Banda Aceh, highlighting the role of structured programs in enhancing sales performance. Another study explores the impact of brand advertising, consumer confidence, and consumer attitudes on the purchase of Honda brand vehicles in Banda Aceh, emphasizing the psychological and promotional factors driving automotive sales. Additionally, research examines the impact of decision-making participation, work environment assessment, and achievement motivation on job satisfaction among employees of the Sabang Freeport Concession Board (BPKS), shedding light on key determinants of workplace contentment. The issue also includes a study on customer preferences for financing products (Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Murabahah) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia Banda Aceh Branch, providing insights into Islamic banking choices. Lastly, an article analyzes the influence of price and quality on the purchase of Honda Scoopy motorcycles in Banda Aceh, underscoring the critical factors affecting consumer decisions in the two-wheeler market. These studies collectively reflect the diverse economic behaviors and strategic considerations shaping markets and workplaces in Indonesia.
