This study aims to design and evaluate a computer-based financial administration management system at the Sigli Finance Office to overcome the limitations of the manual system and improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in regional financial management. The research methods include literature study, interviews, direct observation, participatory observation from March 20 to May 20, 2024, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the manual system causes recording errors of 10-15%, reporting delays of up to 5-7 days, and data discrepancies of up to 5-10% due to lack of integration. The prototype computerized system managed to reduce recording time by up to 70%, reduce error rates below 2%, and enable real-time reporting in 1-2 days, with a financial dashboard that supports strategic decision making. Challenges such as implementation costs of 20-30% of the annual budget, staff resistance, and the risk of technology disruption can be overcome through intensive training, backup infrastructure, and collaboration with technology providers. This system improves transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance, supporting efficient financial governance at the Sigli Finance Office. This research provides practical implications in the form of recommendations for gradual implementation and strengthening of data security, as well as opportunities for system replication in other agencies to modernize regional financial management.
